My journey into holistic wellness began back in 2013, when my children started dealing with chronic medical issues. Watching them struggle was the hardest thing I’ve ever walked through, and when traditional medicine seemed to run out of options, I simply refused to give up. I dove headfirst into research, determined to find ways to help heal their bodies — and that search eventually led me to LifeWave. The passion I have to share what I’ve found with others has never been greater.

David Schmidt — Founder, Inventor + CEO. LifeWave was founded in 2004 by entrepreneur and inventor David Schmidt. Before 2004, David was developing rocket engine technology.
What began in 2002 as a U.S. Navy SEAL initiative to enhance performance without stimulants led to the development of LifeWave’s light-activated patch technology and a new approach to wellness.
While working with the U.S. military, David was asked by the Navy SEALs to develop a technology that could help keep troops awake without stimulants — leading to the creation of the Energy Enhancer patch and the birth of LifeWave’s light technology.
